ALL PAYMENTS FOR COACHING PROGRAMS, MEMBERSHIPS, AND DIGITAL PRODUCTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS ARE ISSUED, IN FULL OR IN PART, FOR ANY REASON.
This includes, without limitation: change of mind, change in financial circumstances, lack of time, relocation, injury, dissatisfaction with results, or failure to use the services purchased.
Coaching services are personalized and delivered immediately upon purchase. On payment we reserve coaching capacity for your entire program term, decline other clients in order to hold that capacity, begin building your individualized programming, and grant instant access to proprietary digital content that cannot be returned.
You may stop participating at any time by emailing 801calisthenics@gmail.com. Cancellation ends future coaching activity going forward.
Cancellation does not produce a refund of amounts already paid, and does not release you from amounts still owed under an installment or split-pay plan. The full program balance remains due for the full contracted term.

You agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute for services delivered in accordance with our Terms of Sale. In the event of a dispute, we will submit our Terms of Sale, your recorded consultation call, your checkout record, and your platform access and usage logs to the card issuer.
By completing checkout you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted this Refund & Cancellation Policy, and that you are purchasing a non-refundable service.
