This Policy explains what personal information Calistx LLC ("we," "us") collects, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information you give us. Your name, email address, phone number, billing address, and the answers you provide during a consultation call, onboarding questionnaire, or check-in. This includes health and fitness information you choose to share, such as training history, injuries, body measurements, nutrition habits, and goals.
Training media. Photos and videos of your training that you submit for form review, and progress photos you choose to send.
Payment information. Payments are processed by our payment providers, including Whop and Stripe. They collect and store your card details directly. We do not receive or store your full card number. We receive a transaction record, the last four digits, and billing metadata.
Call recordings. Consultation, onboarding, and coaching calls may be recorded. A recording notice or recording participant is visible in the meeting when this occurs.
Automatically collected information. When you use our coaching application or websites we collect basic usage and device data such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and access timestamps.
We do not sell your personal information.
We only publish your photos, videos, results, or name in marketing with your permission. You may withdraw that permission at any time by emailing 801calisthenics@gmail.com, and we will stop using your material in new marketing and remove it from channels we control where reasonably possible.
We share information only with service providers who help us operate, under their own privacy obligations. These currently include our payment processors (Whop, Stripe), our coaching platform and training app providers, our scheduling provider, our video call and recording provider, our community platform, and our email provider.
We may also disclose information where required by law, to enforce our Terms of Sale, or to establish or defend a legal claim, including a payment dispute.
We keep client records, communications, call recordings, and transaction records for as long as needed to deliver the service and afterwards as required for tax, accounting, and legal purposes, generally up to seven years.
You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing 801calisthenics@gmail.com. We will respond within a reasonable time. Some information must be retained for legal, tax, or dispute-defense reasons and cannot be deleted on request.
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in the email. Service messages about your active program will still be sent.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Our services are not directed to children under 18. If you are under 18, do not purchase or submit information to us. If we learn we have collected information from a child under 18, we will delete it.
We operate from the United States. If you are located outside the US, your information will be transferred to and processed in the US, where privacy laws may differ from those in your country. By using our services you consent to that transfer.
We may update this Policy. The current version is always available at checkout and on request. Material changes will be communicated to active clients.
